Items purchased on www.LaurenFineJewelry.com and shipped to a U.S. address may be returned for a full refund, minus shipping costs, within 7 days from the date you receive your order. Store credit will be issued to any items returned within 30 days from the date you receive your order. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are not able to offer a refund or exchange.
Exchanges and returns are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and returned in original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or those that have been resized, engraved, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for exchange or return.
All custom items (i.e. initials, names, made to order pieces) are final sale and may not be exchanged or returned.
